My name is Justin Bakelaar and I am a certified Virtuoso travel agent with over 10 years experience in the luxury travel industry. I began my career in Whistler, British Columbia at one of the top luxury hotel brands in the world, which at the time was the only 5-diamond resort in Canada.

 

After many years working in the hotel industry I decided to launch my own company and pursue my passion for luxury travel. I am now using the experience and knowledge I gained to help affluent travelers get the most out of their bookings. My mission and the reason I became a travel agent is to help my clients explore and travel the world easily, for either business or leisure.  Plain and simple I make incredibly lasting memories and provide the highest level of personalized service to make sure my travellers get exactly what they’re looking for. As a Travel Professional I am constantly studying new cities, best restaurants, activities, loyalty programs, flight routes and schedules etc to bring my customers the best itinerary’s they could ask for.

 

The difference between making travel plans with a company such as expedia verses with me is that you are not a booking reference or reservation number in fact you are Mr. Smith and you like West facing rooms with extra firm pillows, you prefer landing before 5pm so you can pick up your daughter Angela from school, she is 9 and wants to be an Astronaut one day. If you’re bags are lost by an airline or you miss a flight or you must make a last minute change to your itinerary, I am one phone call or email away, no dial pad, no robot.
